Turn Around Time


After signing the agent agreement and making a deposit. The turnaround time for providing travel proposals can take up to 5 to 7 business days.

No Extensions on Final Due Dates

The final due date provided cannot be changed or extended.

Full Payment Requirement

For trips with a departure date less than 45 days from the booking date, the full amount will need to be paid at the time of booking.

Deposit is Needed to Secure Pricing

Quoted prices are subject to change until a deposit is made to secure the price.

Same-Day Deposits for Persons under same Reservations

When making a deposit, everyone under the same reservation must pay their deposit on the same day.

All Changes Post Deposit will Incur a Fee

After your deposit is paid, any changes to your reservation will incur a change fee (flight, stay, etc.)

Travel Insurance Recommended

Travel insurance is highly recommended but not mandatory. If you opt not to include this in your booking, you accept the risk of losing some or all of your money if you need to cancel.

Additional Hotel Fees are determined by the Hotel

Any hotel-imposed fees paid at check-in/check-out are determined by the hotel. Any issues regarding incidental fees should be addressed directly with the hotel.

For customers who wish to utilize a credit card for their bookings, a credit card authorization form will need to be signed. This ensures secure and smooth processing of your payment.
