Mel is absolutely amazing!!!
Anytime we book a vacation we always make sure that we go through her. She makes everything easy, painless, and smooth from start to finish.
She always checked in with us to make sure that we were getting the absolute best rates for hotel, whatever we were looking for, and offered wonderful suggestions and knowledge no matter where we went. I especially love that every time we work with her, once our actual travel days start, she makes sure to check in with us from start to finish.
Communication during traveling is key and she makes sure that we also had transportation, embassy info, and family emergency contacts. She even would stay up no matter what time zone we were in to make sure we got there safely. Traveling and planning trips can be extremely stressful, especially because there’s so many moving parts, I absolutely trust her recommendations whenever we are looking to go somewhere. I know she’s going to make it her duty that we have the best experience possible.
I recommend her to anyone whether its their first time traveling or their 30th. You can tell that she truly loves what she does because you see it in how she helps her clients. Thank you again Mel.
