Up To 7 Business Days Turn Around Time
The turnaround time for providing a design draft can take up to 7 business days.

3 Design Changes Allotted
Clients are allowed to make up to 3 changes per design at no additional cost. This ensures that you have the opportunity to refine the design to your liking. However, any changes requested beyond the initial 3 will incur an additional fee.

Full Payment Requirement
Full payment must be made before the final design is released. Once payment is received, the final design will be delivered promptly, guaranteeing a smooth transaction and completion.

50% Deposit is Needed to Start Design
A 50% deposit is required to start drafting the design. This deposit secures your design in the queue and allows the designer to begin the creative process. Once the deposit is received, work will commence, and the remaining balance will be due upon completion of the design.

Same Day Turnaround
Same day designs are available for clients who need quick turnaround times. For a rush service, a fee will be applied. Please note that availability may vary based on current workload.

Refunds
Once the client gives their approval on the design, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.

Credit Card Authorization Form
For customers who wish to utilize a credit card for their designs, a credit card authorization form will need to be signed. This ensures secure and smooth processing of your payment.

We currently accept a variety of payment methods including Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle, and PayPal. Choose the option that works best for you for a seamless transaction experience.
